- We start with a site visit to understand your space and requirements.
- An initial estimate and a basic layout concept are provided.
- Once approved, we’ll send through a detailed, itemised quote.
- Final drawings are completed and signed off by you.
- We submit any necessary council applications (usually a two-week wait).
- Once approved, construction begins.
- When the work is finished, we walk you through the space and hand over the keys.
Our team manages the entire project from start to finish—so you don’t have to coordinate multiple trades or suppliers.

How quickly can someone come out to inspect our site?
We can usually arrange a site visit within two business days of your initial enquiry. We aim to be responsive, especially when time is tight due to relocation or business changes.
Who will manage our project?
You’ll deal directly with our builder, Jim McCallum, throughout your project. From the first call to final handover, Jim remains your single point of contact. He handles all quoting, scheduling and site visits, while also coordinating the various trades involved—making your experience smooth and hassle-free.
